Abstract
Public wireless LAN service in Korea, after a much touted launch, is currently struggling to hold its ground in the marketplace, proving unable to live up to initial expectations. This study, using structural equation model, examines variables such as perceived service characteristics, perceived consumer traits and perceived lack of benefit, in an attempt to identify factors influencing consumer intention to reject public wireless LAN service.
