Abstract :
In this article, based on the Nation´s Electromagnetic Compatibility Standard (GB4824-2004-2A), dealing with traditional high frequency welder´ s severely exceeding the standard in its radiant intensity of its basic frequency, duplicate frequency and triplicate frequency, three measures come out: (1) to make a resonance circuit damper on the head of the hot-sealing machine, through the building of wave trap and choking field, to weaken and absorb the high radiant electromagnetic field, thus to weaken the intensity of the radiant field made by electromagnetic leak; (2) to screen the high-frequency sheet copper feeder, using the technique of weakening and screening the electromagnetic radiation; (3) to redesign high-frequency oscillation circuit, thus to decrease harmonic made by surge. The result shows that after the inhibition of electromagnetic radiation, the output frequency of high frequency welder accords with nation´ s prescriptive frequency standard. It solves the problem of radiation pollution made by electromagnetic leek when high frequency hot-sealing machine is working.
