Abstract :
Pharmaceutical logistics has its special requirements which is different from common goods logistics. How to synthetically evaluate and fairly select third party pharmaceutical logistics company (3PPLC) is very important in the bidding procedure of large regional congregate medicine purchases. This paper setup an integrated evaluation index system to 3PPLC based on a questionnaire investigation. The comprehensive weight of every evaluation index is calculated by AHP and entropy weight. Then the optimal selection rank of several 3PPLCs is given by a numerical example analysis based on these comprehensive index weights and TOPSIS method.
