Abstract :
Complex decision problems usually involve both strategic and tactical considerations. At the strategic level, each decision maker assesses future scenarios that meet his or her long term objectives as closely as possible. At the tactical level, each decision maker attempts to implement special ways for satisfying his or her strategic goals at a given point in time. In this paper, various techniques are suggested for systematically studying strategic and tactical situations. Moreover, the relationships among these decision technologies are clearly pointed out
