Abstract :
This paper uses the HP filter to verify that Shanxi´s industry is very unstable, and the income of residents faces huge uncertainty under the heavy chemical industrial structure. On this basis, using the Granger causality test and impulse response function analysis, we find that the volatility of the industrial system in Shanxi is the important source of residents´ income uncertainty.
