Abstract :
Linear systems with magnitude and rate constraints on both the state and control variables are considered. For such systems, semi-global and global constrained stabilization problems are formulated when state as well as measurement feedback controllers are used. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability of all the formulated problems are developed
