Abstract :
It has became obvious that in order to provide equipment in accordance with the UK Health & Safety at Work Act and to comply with the current British Standard for low-voltage switchboards (BSEN 60439-1:1994), the only solution is to provide a complete replacement air circuit breaker (ACB) cubicle. The author describes how, to meet these requirements, a comprehensive range of cubicles with various ratings and widths were designed and ASTA Certified to BSEN 60439-1:1994
