Abstract :
Domestic scholars have given a multi-disciplinary research and practical try for context. In this paper, the author gave analysis on role played by context in the elements of political perception´s antecedent, adjustment and, and then discussed impact effectiveness of context for organizational politics perception existed in organizational behavior. The paper summed up context and measurement elements of organizational politics perception reflected the same features in employee´s psychological, behavioral dimensions and it had non-uniform, contradictory characteristics with various elements measured by organizational politics perception. At last, the paper gave constructive comments about context´s practical application in organization and human resources management.
