Abstract :
In the context of the future power system control of “Electricite de France”, this paper presents the mobilization of the spinning reserve function. An experimental decision support system providing an on-line help to the human operator in case of disturbances has been developed. The system is conceived around a vertical interactive cooperation between man and machine. The decision problem has been analyzed following a multicriteria approach
