Abstract :
Tacit knowledge, specificity and complexity play adjustment role in the influence of knowledge transfer, the user can make human-machine interaction through the machine language, making deep mining and analysis to the data, so as to help the enterprise management personnel have an experiential learning from the elderly technological talents. Thus they can explore Application of Machine language during the transmit in tacit knowledge of elderly technological talents.
