Abstract
Production management systems (PMS) have to react efficiently in front of events (disturbances and opportunities), by first detecting the potential events, second making a diagnosis and third launching adjustments (corrections) accordingly. Within the PMS, adjustment actions have to be launched from various departments (various levels of hierarchy and various functions). This paper proposes a tool aimed at both coordinating adjustment actions and providing a basic decision support system for a reactive production management system
