Abstract :
This paper is a contribution to the definition of a single model of application, this model should involve description of the different architectures used along the life cycle. More precisely, the main topic of this paper is to clearly define at each stage of the development the informations required and the characteristics of the application, considering both the designer needs and the validation needs. In this paper the authors only consider the two main stages and associated models : (1) functional architecture specification; and (2) design and distribution of the algorithms onto hardware architecture. The authors describe these two complementary models at different levels of abstraction in adequate formalism and they identify the relevant links between entities of these two models. Finally, the authors present Tracee, a tool prototype which allows a global and complete view of the application by using a database containing the description of the identified models and links
