            Abstract : 
This paper first discusses the theory of chaotic pulse position modulation (CPPM), then describes a multi-user chaotic secure communication system based on DSP chip. By the characteristics of chaotic pulse sequence, the system represents the multi-user information in the position of chaotic pulse sequence, and finally constructs a multi-user secure communication system.
