Abstract
This paper describes some results of inter-vehicle communication experiments using wireless-LAN. At first, we report bit rate performance of inter-vehicle communications with an oncoming vehicle. Next, we discuss the influence of a size of a shadowing vehicle within inter-vehicle communication vehicles. As shadowing vehicles, we used a motor bike, a mini-sized vehicle, an ordinary-sized vehicle, and a truck.
