Abstract :
This paper presents ideas related to wireless systems working in ad hoc networks, in urban environment. Basic principles of such network operations and areas of possible application in military communications system are also presented. Next general description of Cognitive Manager is presented, with special attention on information flow and Radio Environment Map. On this basis propagation conditions prediction are discussed and results for MIMO link are presented.
