Abstract
The microwave Doppler sensor has been developed for monitoring of driver´s fatigue level. The sensor utilizes multiple receiver architecture providing electronically steered beam of a receiving antenna. A SSB modulation of the transmitted signal has been applied in order to allow for beam steering at the intermediate frequency. Investigations of the output signal has been carried out in order to detect and measure eye blink duration and eye blink frequency, which allows for driver´s fatigue assessment.
