Abstract :
Under the discussion of the innovation management in experience economy, this article takes the industrial tourism which is launched by industrial enterprise as an example, probing into the key factors of experience innovation management. With the empirical research method, this article chooses 300 customers serviced by experience products by dozens of enterprises. Through the factor analysis with SPSS17.0 software, the article proposes the 5 major factors of experience innovation management in industrial tourism and constructs the calculation model, expecting to provide decision-making basis for enterprises and providing reference for the design of experience products.
