Abstract :
An integrated communication system of personnel orientation in mine based on GIS/MIS is proposed with the problems of incomplete communication function and complicated techniques and realization in mine. The substation information of underground miners could be collected and transmitted to the comprehensive dispatching control centre on the ground through industrial Ethernet, diagnosis decision-making and management of the business could be made timely. Dynamic track and orientation function are implemented with the use of Web GIS technology and RFID technology, daily management of subordinates are performed in accordance with company´s policy and supported in attendance, overtime, rewards and punishment, appraisal etc. Rescue subsystem establishes pre-planed emergency response scheme to decline lose and influence to lower after an accident.
