Abstract :
The livestock industry is the pillar and dominant industries of Guangxi economic construction. A good work of the Guangxi beef production forecast has important practical significance for the economic development of Guangxi province and the development of livestock production strategies, and increasing farmers´ income. According to the gray system theory, by using beef production data of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from 2001 to 2010, we establish the GM (1,1) prediction model and predict the beef production of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from 2011 to 2020. At the same time, with the combination of livestock products market demand of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, we provide livestock enterprises and farmers with some appropriate recommendations.
