            Abstract : 
High-frequency electromagnetic field in astigmatic cavity rotating around its optical axis is considered in paraxial approximation. Coincidence of this cavity´s monodromy matrix with that of a ring one with tetrahedral contour is established. Explicit formulas for the basic mode and stability conditions are obtained for such cavities.
