Abstract :
Based on Theory of Invention Problem Solving (TRIZ), which provides a systematic method for modern enterprises to solve the problems of innovation, this article analyzes the influence of network heterogeneity and knowledge heterogeneity on the innovation of new enterprises from multiple perspectives, which is based on SECI model the transformation from network heterogeneity to knowledge heterogeneity. Through empirical test, the results show that knowledge heterogeneity has a positive effect on innovation of new start-ups, and network heterogeneity has both a direct impact and an indirect impact through knowledge heterogeneity on the innovation of new ventures. Further, this study expands the applications of TRIZ in innovation in new ventures, which provides a beneficial guidance for the new enterprises which survive in a comprehensive network system, hence, they can be equipped better with business network and enterprise knowledge to promote innovation.
