Institutionalization of Development and Construction of Internet Education Resource in Colleges and Universities

The development of information-based education has greatly influenced the PE education ideal, conception, model, content and method, and it has also greatly changed college PE education, meanwhile pushed the reform of college education to a new high. The essay will analyze the necessity of development and construction of college PE education resource, and put forward measures to institutionalize the development and construction of Internet education resource in colleges and universities, in direction at the severe shortage of internet sports resource for college education, the inefficiency of resource sharing, the one fold resource development system, serious problem of over reconstruction and imperfect of co-establishing sharing system.
