Abstract :
With the rapid development of transportation industry, more and more attention was paid to its management. The construction and development of low-carbon transportation system is so important a task. Based on the existing problems in the transportation system, as well as the actual situation in Xinjiang, the paper proposed an idea of low-carbon in transportation system. It makes full use of ASP (Active Server Page) and database technology to integrate and classify the dispersed traffic information in our work. The method´s aim to enhance transportation efficiency was elaborate, and the frame was full given. At last, an application example was shown.
