Abstract
In order to make distribution link of emergency resources dispatch meet realistic requirement, a disasters´ area was divided into some disasters´ units. A distribution model under constraint condition of time was built between emergency resources warehouses and disasters´ units. The Kuhn-Munkres algorithm was introduced to realize the model solution. An example was used to demonstrate about the application of the model and algorithm.
