Abstract
This paper studies the relationships between dynamic capabilities and performance based on 223 enterprises in north Jiangsu. Two important variables are introduced into the model, which persuasively illustrates the mechanism of dynamic capabilities on performance. It is proved that environment uncertainty has a positively direct impact on dynamic capabilities and explorative and exploitative abilities, and that the mediating effect of explorative and exploitative abilities exists between dynamic capabilities and organizational performance. The result also validates the specificity of enterprise dynamic capabilities in North Jiangsu.
