Abstract :
The article explains the necessity of the integration of physical education with modern education technology in colleges and universities, and on the analysis of the obstacles in practice of the integration of modern education technology and physical education in colleges and universities, a strategy of integration of modern education technology in the teaching of physical education in colleges and universities is suggested to improve the traditional concept of physical education in colleges and universities and the feasibility of teaching.
