Abstract :
China Telecom\´s new voice Google service named "one number, know all" was introduced in this paper. Then we discuss how enterprises customers can use this service as their marketing & service tool. Examples was used to show the different applications. Finally some suggestions will be proposed for enterprises to use telecommunication services as their marketing & service tool more efficiently.
