Abstract
Large amount of documents are being processed in today´s office environment. The objective of TEXPROS (TEXt Processing System) is to provide a computerized environment for personal users to manipulate their documents. Folder organization, defined by the user, is used as the document filing model for capturing the user´s domain knowledge about document organization. In order to support the interaction between the user and the system, a predicate-based representation of documents is proposed. The user input procedures are described to provide the user a step-by-step guidance for constructing a personal folder organization and specifying filing criteria
