  • Abstract
    This paper describes a voltage mode operational amplifier with >90 MHz unity gain bandwidth, low offset, on-chip stabilisation and a Class-AB output stage. The devices have been designed in to several chips, in one case with 20 examples on a single chip. Test results on an evaluation circuit are reported here
