To resolve those problems of current network management, by comparing and researching the latest network management technology, and base the needs of practical management, put forward the design and implementation of a network management system based on WBM. Abundance functions of the system can make up a deficiency in many network management softwares and accord with the needs of practical management. So, the system can greatly improve network management methods and efficiency.
