Abstract
The advantage of short-wave communication in the present regional wars and the rescue in the field is over microwave communication so the NVIS (the vertical incidence short-wave antenna) antenna is proposed and HF communication in blind-spot is becoming more and more important. As NVIS antenna is fixed on vehicles, the electric polarization must be impacted by the antenna height, vehicles surface dielectric constant, vehicles surface conductivity. The paper focuses on the vehicles surface reflection factors to reveal. Therefore we must consider the antenna and Vehicles as all in the design of vehicle mobile antenna.
