Abstract :
In order to solve the problem of lange-angle monitor for mast of rotary drilling rig, in this paper, a inclinometer sensor is integrated for monitoring of inclinometer for mast of rotary drilling rig from a practical point of view. The sensor hardware´s testing principles and design are also discussed, which give us an analysis on the main source of error, 2-axis inclinometer is produced and its calibration and testing are carried out. The analysis of experimental results shows that the error of this sensor is less than 0.2 degree, Which meets the inclination measurements requirements of Rotary Drilling Rig.
