Abstract
Nonprofit Organization is playing a big role in the modern society, and the performance appraisal of nonprofit organization is a complicated problem because of its commonweal. In business sector, operations research has been used widely to improve performance, and then brings forward sustainable competitive advantage. This paper figures that operations research can enhance the strategic performance of nonprofit organization, and establishes a model of impact mechanism of operations research to the strategic performance of nonprofit organization.
