Abstract :
Virtual reality (VR) project workflow is the core and main subject of VR project management and the management of the workflow is the key factor for the smooth progress of the project and the most effective way to improve efficiency of the project. Based on the current status of VR management in China, this paper has formulated a standard VR project workflow featuring universality and generality, by summarizing the existing research achievements. This standard workflow has laid a foundation for VR project management. According to the standard workflow, this research points out the scope of the management in workflow, and applies the self-developed task progress monitoring system into the real project management, which has rendered very good results and verified the feasibility of realizing information-based virtual reality project management.
