Abstract :
Evaluation of land ecological safety plays an important role in regional economic development, reasonable land utilization and ecological construction. The paper constructed an evaluation indicator system of land ecological safety. The indicator system was composed of natural, economic and social elements. Then the paper established an evaluation model of land ecological safety based on ordered division and attribute recognition criterion. Finally the paper developed a case study on Henan Province from 2000 to 2007. The sequence of land ecological safety of the eight years is: 2007>2006>2005>2003>2004>2002>2001>2000. There is a tendency of improvement year by year and the safety conditions in the eight years belong to "critically secure" grade. However, land ecological safety of Henan need to be improved. The evaluation results can help collocate and plan land resource effectively and reasonably and realize the sustainable utilization of land resource.
