Abstract
Switching Cost has been regarded an important factor for consumer retention. Some prior literatures had examined the construct, but researches were flawed because of lacking extensive empirical support. This article provides an empirical explanation for the drivers of the Switching Cost and discusses its impacts on consumer´s switching intention through investigating the wireless communication industry in China.
