Abstract

TRIZ is a theory system applied to solve innovation problems. It has been widely employed in innovation research, but papers related to TRIZ-based strategic management on ports´ resources are rare. The paper analyzes the problems existing in Bohai-circle ports, such as overlapped fundamental construction, high social costs and low utilization efficiency of port resources, then utilizes conflict matrix & corresponding TRIZ innovation principles and finally presents some systematic innovation strategies on the port resources.
