Research on relevance feedback based personalized knowledge service model

In order to provide more accurate and complete personalized knowledge service for users, this paper proposes a personalized knowledge service model by introducing the relevance feedback algorithm and a kind of relevance feedback mechanism that dynamically update the user model library by a comprehensive feedback degree comes from explicit and implicit feedback. The paper also makes a further improvement on the basis of the Rocchio feedback algorithm. Experiments prove that such a feedback mechanism is feasible and effective.
