Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
This system is based on the original China Express payment platform, make full use of payment services, can track the effects of the characteristics of purchasing, expanding capabilities of new media, new media business is not to abandon the traditional advertising this purpose the same time, an increase of Pay-for - project, and the combination of mobile phone platforms, networking platforms and existing sales channels, to fully enable businesses to interact with consumers shopping, and will translate into a price war on the buying behavior of consumers real benefits.
