  • Abstract
    The worldwide financial crisis dramatically changed the global economy, and made the business environments for enterprises more severe. In this new environment, enterprise transformation, especially for the enterprise management transformation (EMT) is becoming more and more necessary not only for the companies with poor performance, but also for the good ones. Compared with the predecessors´ researches, this article provides a systematic framework of EMT to formulate the superior enterprise. And the framework is comprised of lens model, key points and philosophy-strategy-operation (PSO) transformation model. The EMT framework acts as a unified model, and the PSO model provides constructive and optional strategies to conduct the various EMT for different enterprises.
