  • Abstract
    Innovation is increasingly likely to come from institutional sphere such as the university where the focus of attention is on original path breaking developments, whether in science or technology. As a result, universities are endowed with third mission, which mainly refers to the univeristy-industry alliance in the process of building national innvoation system(NIS) in the context of Sweden. This paper will analysis the university-industry alliance in the framework of synegetics theory, based on the evidence of Sweden. Conclusions are: 1) the university-industry alliance in Sweden has becoming a social synergy system which includes three self-organizations such as university, industry and government; 2) the regulation of teacher´s exemption is one of impediment of keeping stable university-industry alliance.
