Abstract :
The authors investigate a solution for the scattering of an obliquely incident wave by a two-layer nonconfocal dielectric elliptical cylinder. The scattering of the E and H wave incidence cases is considered. The scattering wave equations are given in terms of radial and angular Mathieu functions.<>
