  • Abstract
During the development, technology business incubator faces the problem that reinvestment is insufficient so it needs to reinvest the suitable proportion of the earnings in the the hardware and software to achieve its sustainable development. Grey system theory is a effective method for studying problem of uncertainty with fewer data points and poor information. In this paper, we try to discuss the application of grey control theory in grey system quantification model. According to GM models, we deri¿vate a close feedback system, and simulate study by some variances. From an illustration the study finds the reinvestment by 70.02 pernent of the earnings in the business incubator to cause its sustainable development. The empirical analysis has indicated that the grey control theory can be used for the optimization of business incubator´s reinvestment and some key parameters are obtained for the practice of the business incubator.
