  • Abstract
    The economic globalization and rapid development of the high-tech have put forward new requests on the economic development. Innovation has become a decisive factor for the sustainable development of enterprise. Technology innovation is not only the independent behavior of enterprise, but also influenced by the factors of motivation, ability and environment. The research defines the factors from the three aspects on the above and reveals the relations of the factors quantitatively with the aid of interpretative structural model. Finally, some conclusions are drawn according to the strategies so as to provide scientific policies for technology innovation activities of enterprise.
