Abstract :
As information and communication technologies, the rapid development of service "may be trade-related" elements to improve on a global scale with high-end services has set off a new round of industry, characterized by the transfer of wave, namely, "service outsourcing." Based on the basic theory of CAS, as well as gathering together the main characteristics of the proposed service outsourcing CAS characteristics, reveals the essential elements of the role of outsourcing in the service, contracting, then the common benefit package is the service outsourcing enterprises to implement objectives. CAS features based on the corresponding set of services outsourcing management strategy for the management of service outsourcing research has provided new methods and ideas.
