Notice of Retraction

In this paper, we focus on the human accumulation problems in China; In order to realize the rapid development of China´s economic we must know the problems exist in China´s human capital accumulation. On the basis of previous theories presented in Section 2, the human capital accumulation´s effect to China´s economic growth and its existing problems are discussed in Section 3 and Section 4. By using literatures, and mathematical or physical statistics, the paper shows that human capital accumulation is a kind of endogenous variable which provided strong material support to China´s sustainable development.
