Abstract :
This paper describes a dramatic breakthrough in testing technology that emerged from military research, development and applications and has been commercialized into both a process and a product that is being used to foster integrated diagnostics in both military and commercial systems. This paper is dedicated to Paul Giordano, who had both the vision to foresee the technology and the drive to commercialize it
