Abstract :
An approach to depressing sidelobe level without degrading system performance is introduced. It is found that the cosine weighting and Taylor synthesis technique has the capability of enhancing the clutter indication, and that the subaperture approach is particularly suitable for estimating clutter positions precisely. Simulation results show good agreement with the real positions of clutter.<>
