Abstract :
The economic policy adopted by the regional government is the important factor of affecting the differences in regional economic growth. As the vast territory in China with different cultures and customs, the policy and Institution can not be completely synchronized when developing the economic. It is inevitable that the economic growth is different. And the stepwise discriminate method has variable selection function. Otherwise, Fisher discriminate method and Bayes discriminate method has the samples classification function. For researching the factors which are affecting the economic growth comprehensively, the main factors are selected by stepwise discriminate method using SPSS software. Then discriminate function is established and the samples are classified by Fisher method. Finally, the samples are distinguished using Bayers discriminate method. The results showed the correct grouping ratio is 100% for the sub-group samples; the correct classification of all samples was 92.9%. It is proved the effectiveness of jointing discriminate method.
