Abstract :
A new matching method based on improved Nonsubsampled contourlet transform (NSCT) is put forward to solve the problem of low matching precision in matching of infrared and visible images. Firstly, improved NSCT is introduced; then, improved NSCT disassembly is done; next, energy at each little region is calculated to compose circumcircle. Finally, the nearest adjacent matching is done to finish precise matching. Experimental results show that the algorithm is effective.
